Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your product is damaged or defective we may offer a product replacement or online credit under certain circumstances. Please email us at soulritualgoods@gmail.com as soon as possible if you have any concerns or issues with your purchase.

If a purchase is made through an outside retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are having an issue with the product, contact soulritualgoods@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal, including color variations in the salts from herbs. This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use.
